Outside my office

This guy was one of about 10 folks dressed up as Hawks.

So, this is what it looks like outside my office today. Note that they are connected by reinforced plastic tubing covering where they have shackled themselves together. Made for a fun late rush hour for a bunch of people, I'm sure, as both 17th AND L streets (both major arteries) were closed for some time.
